The sourcing process
1. Briefing and Costing
You share Technical package (also known as Tech pack, spec sheet, production pack) , quantity and target price. We clarify any missing details, source initial options and provide transparent costing, MOQs and lead times so you can make fast, informed sourcing decisions.
2. Factory Allocation and Sampling
We match your product to the right factory based on category, price point, compliance and capacity. We manage proto, fit and pre production samples, collect your approvals and lock final specs before bulk starts.
3. Production Management and Quality Control
Our team follows the full production critical path, monitoring fabric, cutting, sewing and finishing. On site inspections and AQL based checks ensure your quality standards are met before any shipment is released.
4. Shipping and Documentation
We coordinate with your nominated forwarder or our logistics partners, ensure all export documents are in order and share final inspection reports. You receive on time, compliant deliveries with clear visibility at every step.
